About us
Founder's Background
Born in Turkey, Takumi’s CEO graduated from Stanford University and started his career on Wall Street in 1998. Drawing upon his Turkish heritage, his wide network of professional connections and his vast experience from his 27 years in corporate finance, Takumi’s CEO has advised blue-chip clients such as Ajinomoto Co., Inc., DyDo DRINCO, INC., Daio Paper Corporation in M&A transactions that enabled Turkish market entry. He has also advised MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. as well as DyDo DRINCO, INC. in acquisitions that further expanded their operations in different jurisdictions in Europe. In addition to advising on several domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, Takumi’s CEO has also spent a significant part of his career providing LBO/ MBO financing, making principal investments, working on complex corporate and financial restructurings, underwriting distressed credit portfolios, and conducting post-acquisition integration.
